Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week 2026

Last updated: 22 June 2026

Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) backs national efforts to tackle rising anti-social behaviour during ASB Awareness Week 2026.

BCH is proud to stand with organisations across the UK in support of ASB Awareness Week 2026, a national campaign running from 29th June to 5th July 2026, which shines a spotlight on the impact of anti-social behaviour (ASB) and promotes safer communities.

Led by Resolve, the UK’s leading community safety partner and ASB, the week features a series of events across the UK. The overarching theme for the week is #MakingCommunitiesSafer. BCH is committed to keeping our homes safe and making a positive contribution to our neighbourhoods.

BCH has worked with Resolve for many years and our ASB service has been through their Quality Assessment Framework, demonstrating its high standard. You can find out more about Resolve by visiting their website

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their home and neighbourhood. We’re committed to working with our communities and partners to tackle nuisance behaviour.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the recent Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey. Your feedback has helped to identify areas where BCH can further improve and develop.

We want to hear more about your views and concerns. In order to do this, we’ve arranged a series of community roadshows in the areas identified with the lowest levels of satisfaction when it comes to feeling safe. During ASB Awareness Week, we’ll be engaging directly with our residents by doing a door-knocking exercise to get a clear understanding of how we can help. We’ll also have a pop-up gazebo which we’ll use (weather permitting!) for residents to come and see us:

  • Tuesday 30th June 10am – 12pm at Beattock Place, FY2 0EH
  • Wednesday 1st July 10am-12pm at Boundary Court/Yew Tree Road, FY3 7TU
  • Thursday 2nd July 10am-12pm at Jeffery Square, FY1 5LR
  • Friday 3rd July 10am – 12pm inside Lostock Gardens Community Centre, FY4 3PT

As a Neighbourhoods Team, we aim to: -

  • Keep you informed about things that matter to you
  • Treat you with fairness and respect
  • Keep our communal areas clean and well maintained
  • Make a positive contribution to your neighbourhood
  • Deal with anti-social behaviour

Tell us and we will tackle it together.

Please take this opportunity to meet with staff and talk about how we can help to tackle any ASB issues you may have.

The team also complete regular Neighbourhood Walkabouts throughout Blackpool to increase our presence and identify any issues. If you think your area would benefit from this, please get in touch.
