Listening to our customers and acting on your views:
In November 2025 we asked customers about what information is important to them. From this we identified that our customers are interested in information about BCH services and community news and events. We have therefore developed these newsletters to keep customers updated at a local level about things going on in communities.
These newsletters contain lots of information about the work we are doing in and around the area you live in.
