Michael Dyson Associates are now almost halfway through completing Stock Condition Surveys on behalf of Blackpool Coastal Housing, as part of a 5 year programme. 

A Stock Condition Survey is an inspection of the inside and outside of your home. This data is used to plan for future repairs and investment programmes, and helps us to know about our housing stock. 

Michael Dyson Associates will contact customers directly by letter to arrange access for these surveys. If you receive a letter, this is genuine and you will need to engage with them to allow access.
