The Positive Transitions Pathway provides tailored, intensive tenancy management and life coaching for young people leaving care to help them become successful tenants and positive contributors to the community and has been recognised as a national exemplar for delivering housing services to care leavers.
The service has been enhanced through the opening of Bispham House, a semi independent living accommodation for 6 young people between the ages of 16 and 18. Situated near Bispham Village, this fantastic service provision* benefits from spacious and tastefully furnished personal living spaces, multiple shared areas for socialising, along with a generously sized and well equipped bathroom.
Support has been complemented by the provision of activities, which focus on benefiting physical and mental health and wellbeing as well as teaching essential life skills through cookery and craft sessions.
