Leasehold Statements - Consultation Feedback

BCH recently conducted a survey with Leaseholders regarding posting out statements twice yearly. 

Thank you to those of you who took the time to complete and return this. A summary of the results can be found below:

75 surveys completed, representing a 22% response rate

74% stated that they had no concerns about the proposal to no longer post out statements twice yearly 69% stated that they would not be negatively impacted by not receiving a postal statement 60% stated that they already had, or would like support to get a MyBCH account

As a result of your feedback, we will no longer be sending out twice yearly statements to all Leaseholders.

Statements will be available on the MyBCH customer portal or upon request.

The Leaseholders who told us that they had concerns about not receiving postal statements, or that they would be negatively impacted, will continue to receive postal statements.
