It has been identified that some of the figures quoted on the Leasehold Service Charge invoices issued on 1st April 2024 are incorrect. This affects the Grounds Maintenance and Insurance premiums quoted on some invoices.
All leaseholders are due to be notified by letter and the invoices will be reissued next week.
