Energy Efficiency improvement works

Following funding received from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, Blackpool Coastal Housing will be carrying out energy efficiency upgrade works to a number of our properties and communal areas. 

Works will include one or more of the following energy efficiency measures; upgraded loft insulation, cavity wall insulation works, external render, air source heat pumps, upgraded storage heaters, window upgrades, and draught-proofing.

We’re working in conjunction with Blackpool Council, Rhea Projects, Cosy Homes In Lancashire (CHiL) and Bambers to deliver this project.

Contact has been made with the customers whose properties will be receiving the energy efficiency upgrade works and works will commence in the next few weeks.
