Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) has successfully obtained an injunction against a member of the public who was visiting and causing persistent anti-social behaviour (ASB) in an area on Grange Park.
The injunction was obtained with the support of residents in the block, who provided evidence and made statements describing how the individual’s behaviour was affecting their quality of life.
The injunction is in place for a year and expires on 8th July 2027 at midnight. Without continued support from residents in completing and sending incident reports and disturbance logs, BCH wouldn’t have been able to build evidence in order to take action against the perpetrator. It is hoped that this Injunction will provide much needed reassurance to residents and respite from disruptive behaviour.
