Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is committed to tackling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and helping to resolve issues at the earliest possible opportunity.

ASB can be defined as:

  • Conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person.
  • Conduct capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to a person in relation to that person's occupation or residential premises.
  • Conduct capable of causing housing-related nuisance or annoyance to any person.

It is our aim that our customers feel safe and secure in their home and local community without suffering from the anti-social activities of others.
