The Neighbourhood Panel will support BCH to monitor the Neighbourhood Service and provide customer insight and collaboration. The panel will also help to and ensure the service is reflective of community needs and is compliant with regulatory standards.

Our Neighbourhood Panel work jointly with the Neighbourhoods Team to review policies, procedures, standard letters and information issued by the service regarding specific neighbourhood matters.

As a panel member you would meet every 3 months to act as a critical friend to the Neighbourhood Team and provide feedback on the performance information measured by BCH and make recommendations for improvements. This will aid the panel to assist the Neighbourhood Team to promote the work it does more effectively to ensure communities are aware what is being done in their area and why.

Full training will be provided by the Involvement & Communications Team.
