The Neighbourhood Panel will support BCH to monitor the Neighbourhoods service and provide customer insight and collaboration. The panel will also help to and ensure the service is reflective of community needs and is compliant with regulatory standards.
Our Neighbourhood Panel work jointly with the Neighbourhoods Team to review policies, procedures, standard letters and information issued by the service regarding specific neighbourhood matters.
As a panel member you will support BCH to monitor the Neighbourhoods service and provide customer insight and collaboration. You will also help to ensure the service is reflective of community needs and is compliant with regulatory standards.

| Hours: 2-3 per meeting which takes place every 2 months |
| Location: Online via Microsoft Teams or in-person at an appropriate venue |
