If you’re interested in providing feedback about local green spaces, why not join our Green Warden scheme?

As a Green Warden you can help to monitor the grounds maintenance contract and assess how well we maintain green spaces around your home.

On a monthly basis you will fill in a survey, either online or by post, that asks you to rate the condition of the works completed by our contractor on the green spaces where you live i.e. whether the grass has been cut, hedges trimmed etc.

Scoresheets are sent at the beginning of each month and should be completed during the month after the contractors have tended to your area.

The pictorial guide is subject to different works depending on multiple factors and should only be used as a reference. Other points to consider is time of year, ground conditions, schedule of works and the last time the estate was inspected. Following each set of scores being received, relevant issues will be raised and feedback will be produced.

Scores are for contractors’ works only. External factors, for example, neighbourhood issues, should not influence a score.
