Freedom of Information requests

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request is a request for some form of data or information. Anyone has the right to ask to see recorded information held by public authorities; the Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to see this information.

There is a different way to request information that BCH holds about you; you can visit our webpage on Subject Access requests for more information about this.

To make an FOI request, you can complete the form below or email with your details, including what information you're requesting.
