Freedom of Information requests

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request is a request for some form of data or information. Anyone has the right to ask to see recorded information held by public authorities; the Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to see this information.

There is a different way to request information that BCH holds about you; you can visit our webpage on Subject Access requests for more information about this.

To make an FOI request, you can complete the form below or email enquiries@bch.co.uk with your details, including what information you're requesting.
