The Anti-Social Behaviour and Neighbourhood Services Team is committed to keeping our neighbourhoods free from Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and nuisance. The team is based at our Grange Park Housing Office on Chepstow Road and they work together with other agencies to focus on all aspects of neighbourhood management.

We hold regular housing surgeries within our communities so that you can meet with members of the team and discuss neighbourhood issues. There is no need to make an appointment, just come along on any of the following days:

First Tuesday of every month - 9.30am to 11am

First Wednesday of every month - 9.30am to 11am
- Layton Medical Centre - 01253 951955
Last Friday of every month - 9.30am to 11am
- Mereside Children's Centre
Every Wednesday - 2pm to 3pm
If you can’t make it to any of these surgeries or would prefer an appointment at a time that suits you, staff can visit you at home or arrange an appointment at any BCH office or community centre. Please contact us to make an appointment that's convenient for you.
