From 15th January 2019 MyHomeChoiceFyldeCoast will be launching their new look website, making it quicker and easier for customers across the Fylde coast to find a new home.
Originally established in 2011 to provide greater choice and flexibility to those looking for a new home, the MyHomeChoiceFyldeCoast scheme has now been revamped following feedback and consultation with customers. A number of exciting changes and improvements have been made to the service, including:
- Simplified A-C banding for those in housing need.
- Available properties will be advertised on a daily basis.
- Applications will be automatically updated onto the new system meaning current customers do not need to reapply.
- Customers can log into their online account to update their contact details, check property eligibility, view and update their application, carry out a property search, bid on properties and more.
- User friendly website provides easy and immediate access to the service as customer login and memorable date details remains the same.
- Fully digital adverts means there’s no need to wait for a newsletter.
The new look website can be accessed at www.myhomechoicefyldecoast.co.uk from 15th January.
