To enable Blackpool Coastal Housing to offer the best possible level of support for your needs, it is essential that we have your authority to access any information about you and to disclose/share this information with other Agencies / Departments when necessary.
This can include, but is not limited to: The Department of Works and Pensions Mental Health Services and Alcohol & Drug Services
Information shared with other agencies and professionals will only be done on a need to know basis in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We may, on occasions disclose/share information without your consent if you or anyone else poses a risk to themselves or others. This will only be done with the intention of ensuring your safety and that of others.
