The last 12 months has been very challenging as we have had to find new ways to work with and support our customers.
BCH's TOWER Scrutiny Panel has really embraced these new challenges, including the move to online video meetings, and the team has completed 3 scrutiny reviews over the past year, helping to ensure that services meet customer's needs and are of a consistently good quality.
The scrutiny exercises focused on:
- The BCH MyHomeChoice Lettings service
- BCH's approach to Complaints
- The MyBCH self-service online customer portal
