Tell us what you think of your housing services for a chance to win Love2Shop vouchers!

As a tenant of a home which is managed by Blackpool Coastal Housing, our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey is a great way to tell us what you think of our services.

If you haven't already, you should soon receive a survey by email or post, depending on your communication preferences. You only need to do the survey once and are not required to do it both online and on paper.

Please reply as soon as possible – this is a really important survey. The closing date for returning your survey is 15th February 2024.

If you give us permission, as a thank you for completing the survey, you will be entered into a free prize draw for a chance to win one of three Love2Shop vouchers (1x £100, 1 x £75, 1 x £50). 

If you need any help completing the survey, please call us on 01253 477900 and select option 4 then 3.  

You can complete the survey online and you will need to enter your unique reference number, which can be found on the survey covering letter. 

Please note: if your unique reference number has a comma in it, please ignore the comma and just enter the numbers.
