Please advise the days/times you will be available for the work to be carried out. Also tell us, for example, if you want us to knock loudly, or if you need plenty of time to answer the door.
Is there anything extra you can tell us to get the job done right first time?
The information you provide will be entered on the computer system that will then generate a job ticket. This will be issued to the contractor who will carry out the works. You will receive confirmation by post detailing the works to be carried out, and the timescale when the works should be completed by. If you are unable to keep the appointment Please Contact Us and we will be glad to re-arrange another appointment. Please make sure someone is at home at the appointment time. Always ask for and check identification - all our workers carry ID Cards.
Repairs that fall into the categories of damp, rechargeable, replacement will require a pre-inspection by a surveyor. This will be an appointment (am or pm) to suit your availability and should be carried out within 3 working days of you contacting us.
