Paying your Service Charges

You can pay your Leasehold Service charges by clicking on the Pay for It button.

Since you bought the lease to your flat it is your responsibility to finance service charge payments and we are unable to waive charges, which are lawfully due.

Payment methods are detailed on each invoice, or go to the leaflets button and download the How to Pay inormation,  or you can telephone Blackpool Coastal Housing  on (01253) 477984 who can  discuss payment arrangements with you.

Help with Service Charges
may be available through Pensioners Credit or Income Support.
Further information may be obtained from

Disputing your Service Charges - If you have any difficulty paying your Service Charges
or dispute any element, then please contact Blackpool Coastal Housing and we can
discuss your individual circumstances with you and offer help and advice.  Blackpool Coastal Housing Ltd has its own Debt Advisor working within Advice Link.  If you are in arrears with your Leasehold Service Charges and have other debts, for example, Council Tax arrears and Water Rates arrears the Homeownership Team is able to refer you to our Debt Advisor.

The Debt Advisor provides an independant service and all matters discussed with them are confidential.

It is important for Leaseholders to know that if you do have a disagreement about part of
your Service Charges you should pay for that part of the charge which you do not dispute. If
you are having difficulty paying and do not offer any payment arrangements then you will be
failing to meet the legal conditions in your lease and this may lead to the loss of your home
known as forfeiture of your lease.
