All new Leaseholders are provided with a copy of the Leaseholders Handbook, a plain english guide to what it means to be a Leaseholder and a description of the elements which make up your Service Charges.
All Leaseholders will receive a copy of the Leaseholders News, a newsletter we produce twice a year.
All Leaseholders are invited to the quarterly Leasehold Service Improvement Panels (SIP), the latest Agenda's are attached below. Please see the minutes and meeting link at the top of the page and click on Service Improvement Panel button and scroll to the leasehold section for the minutes of previous meetings.
