Diane Bellinger
I am Chief Executive of a Housing Association in Preston employing 165 staff and managing 6,500 homes. I have worked in the housing profession for over 25 years, most of that time in the North West of England and have undertaken most housing jobs from rent collection and repairs inspection to allocations and estate management.
Before moving to Preston I was Chief Executive of a Housing Association in East Manchester prior to which I worked for many years at Wyre Borough Council and latterly Wyre Housing Association as Director of Operations.
I was born on the Fylde Coast and have a real affinity to Blackpool, having spent my childhood and formative years in the area. I am looking forward to using some of the experience I have gained in my career for the benefit of Blackpool Coastal Housing, an organisation which has great ambition and high aspirations.

Alan Marsh
I am a retired Managing Director and Chairman, having spent 25 years within the oil industry both on and offshore, and I have worked in many overseas countries. In the course of my career I was the technical director of the M.C.A., the employer’s federation. This position included industrial relations and employment matters. I was also elected a director of L.R.S. – Lloyds Register of Shipping.
Prior to working within the oil industry I was a management consultant and a founder Director of Y.P.C., a consultancy company. I worked within many large and multi-national companies and within local authorities.
Having retired early, my wife and I moved to Fleetwood some years ago. I am currently a Neighbourhood Watch Co-Ordinator and PACT member. Additionally I am Chair of the Fleetwood Community Committee and a Fleetwood Town Councillor. I also serve on Fylde Council's standards committee as an independent member.

Judith Mills
I am a Public Health Specialist working for NHS Blackpool . I am a passionate advocate for public health, with an understanding of how wider social and environmental factors have a negative impact upon the health and wellbeing of the people of Blackpool.
I believe that quality housing and housing support can improve the life chances of everyone and reduce inequalities in both health and wellbeing.
In my own job role I have worked with Blackpool Coastal Housing and its forerunner for well over a decade and believe that it is now in a position to go further than ever before to promote the health and wellbeing of its customers and their communities.
Blackpool Coastal Housing can make a real difference and I would like to support the Board in delivering that aim.

Paul Whitehead
I am the Director of Finance & Corporate Services for City West Housing Trust in Salford. As a qualified accountant I have worked in the housing field for 16 years, the last 10 of which have been at director level in various social housing organisations. I have also been the Honorary Treasurer of a small local charity.
With an extensive knowledge of finance and corporate services issues, and an ability to understand both housing and business issues, I feel I can make a significant contribution to the work of Blackpool Coastal Housing and its Board.
As a resident of the Fylde coast area for the last eight years I would like to support the communities in the area to the best of my ability.
