We have been notified that due to a technical issue, there have been instances where yesterday's Direct Debit payments have been taken twice from some customers accounts. 

If this has happened to you, please contact your bank directly who will return the second payment to your account under the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme. 

The company who provides this service (allpay) have advised us that they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
