How to pay your rent
You can choose to pay your rent by any of the following methods of payment:
- On-line
Use your bank debit card or credit card to pay over the internet. Simply fill in the on-line payment form. The money will go into your rent account within two working days.
2. By direct debit or standing order
If you wish to pay by either of these methods the forms are available on request from the Rents Team on 01253 477942.
Alternatively, the forms can be found by clicking on Forms. You will need to put your 13 digit account reference number on. This can be found at the top of any letter sent to you. It’s also on your payment card in the bottom right hand corner, just add the digits 0 and 1 at the end. If you can’t print out the form, or need advice, phone 01253 477942.
