If you wish to terminate your garage tenancy, you will need to complete a termination form. These are available from any of the area housing offices, or you can download the form from the Forms page. 
 

Four weeks notice is required when terminating your garage. This will be taken from the date you return the completed notice to your area housing office.

You must ensure that your garage is cleared and the keys for the garage are returned to the housing office by 12 noon on the termination date. If the keys are not returned by this date, rent may be charged until the keys are returned. If any belongings are left in the garage when it is returned to us, we may recharge the costs of clearing any items left to the outgoing tenant.
