Confidentiality Statement

Blackpool Coastal Housing will be processing your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The information will only be held and processed for the purpose of the administration of your tenancy and other compatible purposes such as crime prevention, detection of fraud, and corporate information systems.

We may share information with other services, agencies and our partners for the purposes described. If you do not wish us to share the information you have provided in this way, you must write and tell us.

We also have a duty to protect public funds and we may share this information with other organisations that handle public funds, for the purpose of crime prevention and detection of fraud.

As an individual, you have a number of rights under the Data Protection Act 1998 and information on these rights is available on the Council's web site or from the Information Commissioner's Office.
