The Customer Involvement Compact is an agreement developed in partnership by Tenants, Blackpool Council and staff of BCH.  It sets out how Tenants can be involved in developing the housing service.

We want all our Tenants to have a meaningful say in how their homes are managed and to have a real choice in the extent and nature of the involvement.  We believe that Tenant empowerment leads to better decision making, and properly reflects local needs which helps to build stronger communities.  Our Compact gives everyone the opportunity to get involved at whatever level they chose.
