Tenant and Resident Associations are local groups made up of council tenants and residents living in an area. They work in partnership with Blackpool Coastal Housing and other agencies to help develop and improve the housing services you receive. They are an opportunity to improve your local environment, have your say in the community and with Blackpool Coastal Housing.

There are resident associations in the following areas:
MERESIDE TENANTS AND RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
The group meets at 7pm on the last Wednesday of every month at Tarnside Community Centre, off Langdale Road. During 2008 there will be consultation and agreement around the development of the green area opposite Langdale Road shops and the proposed suggestion for a Trim Trail on the playing field off Clifton Road. If you are interested in the improvement of your area please come along. Meeting are friendly and informal with free refreshments.

BOSTONWAY RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
Bostonway residents meet regularly on Wednesday mornings. For dates and further information contact Suzanne at the Customer Involvement Team.
QUEENS PARK RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
The group hold public meetings once every 3 months at Walter Robinson Community Centre. Meetings start at 6pm. Volunteers from the group man the Community Contact Centre on Laycock Gate Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. They also hold regular social events for the residents. Information on forthcoming events are displayed in the Community Centre, the Housing Office and Community Contact Centre.

INGTHORPE NORTH TENANTS AND RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
The group meet on the first Monday of each month, starting at 7pm in Stronsay Community Centre. Guest speakers are also invited, usually every 3 months. Information flyers and posters are published before each meeting.

GRANGE PARK RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION

EDMONTON ,LINDEN & WASHINGTON COURT RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
Public meetings are held on Fridays each month at Lowmoor Community Centre (on Edmonton Place). They also hold regular social events for the residents, (information on forthcoming events are displayed in the Lowmoor Community Centre).

MUNSTER AVENUE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION

MELBOURNE, BRISBANE AND HOBART (MBH) RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION
Public meetings are held every two months on a Thursday evening at 6.30pm. All meetings take place at Sevenoaks Community Centre, (Hobart Place). They also hold regular social events for the residents, information on forthcoming events are displayed in the Community Centre.
